1.Quality control We follow strict production procedure standard, arrange production schedule reasonably and strictly control finished product inspection. 2.Production process Electrical soldering: In charge of soldering job of circuit board, debugging and board testing High temperature test: Finished products are put into high temperature case for testing, the temperature is 30~75 degree centigrade, testing time: 1 hour and a half Vibration test: Put in the vibration machine and keep vibrating for 40mins. 3.Production quality contral Aging test: Each product is tested for 2 hours with power on, to ensure it can pass the agingtest. Final product inspection: The inspection is carried according to the national standards and factory quality inspection standards 4.Raw material control Strictly inspect the raw material according to designed drawing and technical requirement, and keep away poor quality finished products caused by the reason of poor raw material. All departments should keep working with good suppliers and not to change it often so as to keep consistent stable quality. 5.Package for final product To configure the setting of the products according to customer’s requests. QA will make partial inspection before the final products are delivered.
Warranty and appraisal: 1. Repair with fee requested The following cases are not in the range of free repair: 1) Customer reassemble the product or have it fixed by any other unauthorized companies and cause damage to the product 2) Use accessories not produced or sold by our companies and cause damage to the product 3) Operate the product not according to the manual 4) Unexpected accident, natural disaster and other non controllable disaster cause damage to the product 5) Customer use and maintain the product not properly and cause man-made damage to the product( such as broken LCD, broken housing, scratching surface, water in…); 6) Not properly install the product and cause man-made damage or broken wire to the product 7) Warranty time expired. 8) Wires in integrated camera is broken or pressed or cut by people 9) Accessories missing, customer should afford the missing part cost. 2. Repair free charge All except the above with fee requested.
