To all staff:
When the annual sales volume in 2022 is double that in 2021, all employees will be awarded half a month's salary as year-end bonus.
When the sales volume in 2023 is double that in 2022, all employees will be awarded 1 month salary as year-end bonus.
When the sales volume in 2024 is double that in 2023, all employees will be rewarded with one and a half month salary as year-end bonus.
When the sales volume in 2025 is double that in 2024, all employees will be awarded 2 months salary as year-end bonus.
According to the performance of each employee's efforts, the annual salary increment will increase by 2-6%. (It increases every year)
